We conduct FULL INSPECTIONS on all batches of cosmetic tubes for strict drop tests. Each selected tube for testing is pre-filled with standard formula contents, then dropped freely from a height of 1.2 meters onto a cement floor. We guarantee no cracking of tubes or caps and no detachment between tube and cap after the test, ensuring industry-standard sealing, firmness, and fragrance retention.
We carry out anti-aging FULL INSPECTION tests for every batch of tubes. Sampled tubes are placed in a UV aging tester with an irradiance of 0.76 W/m²/nm, a wavelength of 340 nm, and a temperature set at 45°C for a continuous 24-hour test. For regular tube materials, we control the finished samples to be free of obvious discoloration, fading, and surface cracks after aging treatment.
Every batch of our cosmetic tubes undergoes rigorous vacuum testing (-0.06MPa for 5 minutes, placed sideways, no leakage) in strict accordance with industry standards to mitigate the risk of poor sealing.
