General

Our own factory and supporting suppliers are all source manufacturers with direct and stable cooperative relationships, which can eliminate markups from middlemen and guarantee highly cost-effective packaging solutions for you.

Our products are subject to industry-standard quality inspections (standards agreed by both parties) during production and before shipment, to ensure that the products delivered to you are fully qualified. Third-party inspections are also supported. If any problems are caused by our side, we will take full responsibility for product returns and exchanges and bear the corresponding shipping costs.
We own multiple independent workshops to distribute and schedule orders separately, guaranteeing sufficient production capacity throughout peak cosmetic sales seasons. We will confirm the exact delivery schedule with you in writing. If any delivery delay is caused by our production arrangement, we will negotiate reasonable compensation solutions with you. Besides, we provide real-time production progress tracking and regularly update you with the latest order status.
All modifications, including color, printing patterns, dimensions, and surface processes, shall be subject to written confirmation. We will keep archives of all text communications between both parties. Every adjustment can be traced with valid records to reduce disputes.

We have obtained ISO9001 certification and equipped dust-free workshops. You are welcome to visit our factory in person. We also support video audits and third-party on-site audits to meet the access standards of supermarkets and chain brands.

Products

We customize colors strictly in accordance with your requirements, supported by advanced and stable raw materials and production technologies. Limited-edition products can also be manufactured as requested.
For every production batch, we guarantee that the color and adhesion of spraying and electroplating processes keep pace with the production schedule.
We enforce stringent quality inspection standards, including the cross-hatch adhesion test with 3M 6100 tape and alcohol immersion test. Custom packaging solutions are adopted to avoid scratches during transit.

All our products are manufactured with brand-new raw materials supplied by world-leading material manufacturers, including ExxonMobil, LG, BASF, and more. We never use any inferior materials to deliver consistently stable and reliable product quality for you.

We implement four rounds of inspection with full sample retention throughout production: incoming raw material samples, pre-production samples, mid-bulk production samples, and final batch samples. We never mix low-cost recycled scrap materials into products. Third-party inspection services can be arranged upon your request. For any quality issues caused by our side, we will bear all costs of rework, returns, and exchanges.
We seal standard Pantone color cards as color samples and conduct three rounds of color matching before production, mid-production, and mass production. We adopt automatic dust-free spraying and hot stamping production lines to guarantee stable surface finishing quality and avoid hot stamping peeling. Meanwhile, we also apply precision injection molding equipment to strictly control mold lines and burrs and keep the defective rate at a low level.
We manufacture high-precision molds and enforce unified tolerance standards for all components. Each batch undergoes seal testing and drop testing after assembly. We also conduct full batch trial matching tests before shipment to eliminate liquid leakage during filling and unresponsive, stuck pumps.
We recommend you carry out material compatibility tests in advance to select packaging matched with your formulas. The tests cover alcohol resistance, acid & alkali resistance, and precipitation resistance. You may also send your formula samples to us, and we will complete the compatibility tests on your behalf. This can fundamentally prevent deterioration and leakage after filling.
Unless you have special requirements, we will prioritize providing unretouched real photos and videos of products. We can supply physical samples for you to check the actual texture. Mass production will only start after you confirm the samples, to avoid inconsistencies between pictures and finished products.

Customization

We employ full-time in-house industrial designers and graphic designers and are equipped with complete prototyping equipment. We provide one-stop sample development services covering everything from your initial creative concept to finished packaging products. We also independently develop exclusive molds, effectively avoiding homogenization and design infringement risks for your brand.

We have an internal team of industrial and graphic designers, full prototyping machinery, and a professional mold development cooperation team. We support fully customized, exclusive mold development to meet each client’s unique packaging demands, helping you create differentiated products that stand out from mass-market mold styles.

We provide complete traceability documents for all PCR recycled packaging materials, including raw material procurement certificates, recycled content proportion test reports, GRS certification, and compliance statements for recycling labels. We do not print environmental slogans arbitrarily. All eco-friendly claims are backed by third-party testing, helping you avoid penalties from European and US customs for green marketing violations.

Blow molding molds can be delivered within 30 days, and injection molding molds within 50 days. Our professional technical team will double-check all design drawings to minimize mold revision times. Minor fine-tuning for the first time is free of charge. Both parties will sign and confirm sampling drawings in writing to prevent repeated sampling caused by inconsistent comprehension.
We will sign a confidentiality agreement for all exclusive custom molds. All custom molds are stored in an independent, dedicated warehouse and are prohibited from being lent out for sampling. We will bear corresponding compensation liabilities for style information leakage caused by our internal management errors, to protect your differentiated packaging designs and intellectual property rights.

Service

Customer demand is our top priority, and we operate under market-oriented production standards. We guarantee standard samples are delivered within 3 working days, custom samples are delivered within 15-20 working days, and we strictly abide by the agreed mass production delivery schedule to meet your key marketing schedules.

For simple light customization or non-custom standard orders, our regular MOQ is 5,000 pieces. For orders with complex customized requirements, the standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Nevertheless, we can negotiate flexible minimum order quantities to support startup brands or new product lines that are only doing initial market tests. We can prepare documents in the local language of your export destination countries, including technical specifications, certification documents, test reports, and more. We provide a full set of customs clearance documents in one go to avoid port detention and extra warehousing costs.
Every member of our sales team has an average of more than 10 years of industry experience and is proficient in English for daily business communication. If required, we can provide multilingual versions for quotations, contracts, design drawings, and other documents to eliminate information deviation during communication.
We cooperate with a professional legal team that is familiar with cosmetic packaging regulatory standards across various countries and aware of local religious and cultural taboos. Whether the design is provided by you or completed with our assistance, we will proofread the printing drafts multiple times. Mass production will not commence until you sign to confirm the drafts.

Payment

If you encounter payment-related issues, including overcharging, billing errors, or transaction disputes, please get in touch with our customer service team without delay. We will conduct targeted investigations and resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently for problems attributable to our side.
Our standard payment arrangement is a 50% advance deposit, with the remaining balance to be fully settled prior to shipment. For long-term cooperative clients and large-volume bulk orders, we are open to negotiating customized, flexible payment solutions tailored to your actual business situation.

We have established long-term cooperative partnerships with reliable raw material suppliers to maintain stable raw material costs. We guarantee that once a quotation is confirmed, no additional charges will be imposed due to conventional raw material price fluctuations. We will keep you updated on raw material market trends in advance and offer reasonable stock-up cycle suggestions to help you stabilize overall procurement costs.

We can provide a fully itemized quotation tailored to your demands. All costs, including mold fees, packaging bodies, accessories, and processing fees, will be listed in detail. There are no hidden charges, and all expenses will be fully disclosed to you.

Shipping

Once your cosmetic packaging order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number right away, enabling you to monitor your delivery status in real time. You may look up full tracking information on the official website of the logistics carrier, or reach out to our customer service team if you need further updates.
Absolutely, we provide worldwide shipping services to deliver your cosmetic packaging goods to nearly all destinations globally. We cooperate with vetted, reputable international logistics carriers and can offer you an accurate, customized delivery schedule according to your specific shipping location and requirements.
All products are individually sleeved with plastic bags, and foam cushions are used for packing. Accessories are packed separately. We adopt extra-thick cartons and add moisture-proof treatments for full-container shipments. Random drop tests are performed on packages before delivery. If the trade terms stipulate that we shall bear transportation liabilities, and the breakage and liquid leakage during transportation are solely caused by our packaging and delivery operations, we will provide full compensation for damaged goods. We always optimize our packaging solutions continuously to minimize transport damage risks for your shipments.

We hold all necessary certificates and complete formalities. We also maintain long-term partnerships with freight forwarders, enabling us to offer quotations under multiple trade terms, including FOB, CIF, and DDP. We can assist you in calculating tariffs, ocean freight, and customs clearance fees to figure out the full warehouse delivery cost, facilitating your profit budget planning. All cost estimations are calculated based on data such as tax rates and carrier quotations acquired from domestic Chinese online channels. The acquired information is not real-time and subject to change without prior notice. Hence, all estimated costs are for reference only, and final customs-relevant charges shall be reconfirmed by your side.

We will clearly define all liabilities in formal contracts. We take full responsibility for defective goods discovered before delivery from our factory. In case of cargo damage during logistics transportation, we will assist with claims and compensation solutions based on liability allocation. For urgent orders, we can arrange spare goods for re-delivery to reduce your losses and meet your scheduled launch timeline. Regardless of whether the liability belongs to us or not, we will keep track of your order status in a timely manner and make every effort to assist you in resolving relevant issues.
